Wellspring Niagara is a registered charity and cancer support centre located in Fonthill that provides free, non-medical support programs for people living with cancer, as well as their families and caregivers across the Niagara region. Its mission is to help individuals cope with the emotional, physical, and practical challenges that often accompany a cancer diagnosis and treatment.
The organization offers a wide range of programs—including peer support groups, counselling, exercise and movement classes, symptom management workshops, educational seminars, therapeutic arts, and financial or workplace guidance—all designed to improve quality of life and reduce isolation during the cancer journey. Programs are available free of charge and without referral, making them accessible to anyone affected by cancer at any stage.
Wellspring Niagara relies entirely on community donations and volunteers to operate, ensuring that people in the region can access compassionate support and a welcoming community while navigating cancer.
